Monkey Clicker

Collect. Open. Battle. Trade. Build the ultimate ape collection.

Monkey Clicker is an experimental 3D collection and progression game built around 4,500 unique apes.

Every ape has its own ID, rarity, appearance, stats, traits, personality and individual backstory. Some are ordinary jungle workers. Others are legendary warriors, questionable executives, ancient rulers or apes whose financial decisions should probably be investigated.

πŸ’ Build Your Collection

Open crates and discover apes ranging from:

Common β†’ Uncommon β†’ Rare β†’ Epic β†’ Legendary β†’ Mythic β†’ Secret β†’ 1/1

Collect duplicates, hunt rare IDs, level your apes and build a collection worth showing off.

🎰 3D Crate Roulette

Every crate has its own rarity distribution and animated 3D roulette.

Progress through the game to unlock more advanced crates, while pity systems help prevent extremely unlucky streaks.

Your odds are always visible.

βš”οΈ Ape Battles

Build a squad and compete against other managers.

Ape rarity, stats, traits, levels and team chemistry all matter.

Your apes gain XP from participating and normal battles do not destroy or remove your collection.

πŸͺ™ Coin Flip

Feeling less sensible?

Stake an ape in a 50/50 Coin Flip.

Winner takes the prize.

Probably a terrible financial strategy. Exactly as intended.

🌍 Explore the World

Send your apes on expeditions through different regions.

Progressing through the world unlocks licenses to purchase increasingly valuable crates.

Explore places such as:

  • Jungle Camp
  • Lost Temple
  • Frozen Ruins
  • Ember Volcano
  • Moon Jungle
  • Void Realm

πŸ“š 4,500 Ape Library

The Library lets you browse the entire collection — including apes you haven't discovered yet.

Every Ape ID has its own deterministic lore, traits and identity.

Some lore is heroic.

Some is suspicious.

A concerning amount involves bananas, middle management and expense reports.

πŸ† Achievements & Progression

Complete achievements, unlock rewards, earn crates and track detailed statistics including:

  • Total clicks
  • Cases opened
  • Highest rarity discovered
  • Battle record
  • Coin Flip record
  • Expeditions
  • Trades
  • Playtime
  • Collection progress

πŸ§ͺ EARLY BETA — YOUR FEEDBACK MATTERS

Monkey Clicker is currently in active development.

This build is being released early specifically because I want to find out what is fun, what is confusing, what feels broken and what should be added next.

Please leave feedback even if it's something small.

I'm especially interested in:

  • Is the progression too fast or too slow?
  • Are crate prices and rarity odds fair?
  • Does the roulette feel satisfying?
  • Are the menus easy to understand?
  • Which systems are actually fun?
  • Which systems feel pointless?
  • Are battles interesting enough?
  • What would make you keep playing?
  • What feature do you think is obviously missing?
  • Did you find any bugs, freezes or performance problems?

Don't worry about being polite — useful criticism is more valuable than compliments.

If something feels bad, tell me why.

If something feels surprisingly good, I want to know that too.

πŸ› Found a bug?

Please include:

  • What you were doing
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Browser
  • Screenshot if possible

The game also includes a Copy Debug Info function to make technical bug reports easier.

Current Beta Status

This browser build focuses primarily on the solo experience.

Online systems such as global accounts, friends, player-to-player trading, global leaderboards and friend battles are being developed for later beta versions.

Progression and balancing may change, and beta saves may occasionally need to be reset.

Thanks for testing Monkey Clicker. πŸ’πŸŒ

Too bad the game doesn't fit inside my screensettings (1600x900, laptop): many monkeys are way below my view, and aren't scrollable to (nor does resizing work enough because text becomes too small too quickly: ctrl - scrollwheel).

Another thing i noticed: box prizes are always 25,-, so when auto is high enough all i do is buy new boxes to hopefully find new apes. And honestly, the need to wait for the roulette to finish becomes annoying quickly too.

With only 5 energy i cannot complete even the easiest expedition (and when i do have energy again, the progress is down to 0 again).

Hi Croidin

Thanks - really useful feedback. I’ve fixed all three issues:

  • Better laptop/1600Γ—900 layout with proper scrolling.
  • Crate prices now scale, so cheap boxes can’t be spammed forever.
  • Roulette now has Fast mode + Skip Reveal.
  • Expeditions now use 10 energy, regen faster, and completed progress never resets.

If you try the new build, I’d love to know if the layout and progression feel better now.

Kind regards,

Great fixes. Feels much more like i need to considder to buy crates or not. And much speedier too.
